The State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów has moved up two positions in the latest Perspektywy ranking. The fourth place in the country (sixth in 2019) also means the highest position among all Małopolska vocational schools.
Tarnowska PWSZ obtained the maximum number of points in the category of assessment by the academic staff, it was also highly scored in categories such as the economic fate of graduates, the programs of master’s studies or the development of own staff.
FULL RANKING RESULTS
The Perspectives Ranking includes a total of 29 indicators grouped into seven criteria: Prestige, Alumni in the labor market, Scientific potential, Scientific effectiveness, Scientific potential, Innovation and Internationalization. This makes it one of the most extensive and transparent educational rankings in the world. It is also one of four that have the international quality certificate “IREG Approved”. Its methodology is being developed by the Chapter chaired by prof. Michał Kleiber, former president of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Let us remind you that on June 1, recruitment for studies at the State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów for the academic year 2020/2021 began. The university has introduced several important changes that will make it easier for everyone to get an index in the field of their dreams. The most important corrections to the recruitment regulations concern the extension of the applicable deadlines and the resignation from conducting entrance exams and interviews in the fields of study in which they have been conducted so far.
