Characteristic Of The Field Of Study

Full-time first circle studies of a practical profile (6 semesters) – the course is for students to acquire competences enabling them to play the socio-professional role of a pre-school and early childhood education teacher with substantive, methodological and practical preparation for teaching children the selected foreign language (English, German, French) at nursery and primary schools (classes 1-3). The course offers general knowledge from the fields: pedagogy, psychology, sociology, didactics.

Graduates are able to monitor the course of comprehensive development of a child at nursery and in the first three years in the primary school, communicate well with children and their parents, construct the plans and programs of teaching and educational work, taking into account the concept of integrated teaching and learning of foreign languages within this age range.
